The Royals stopped a four game losing streak with a 3-1 win over the Rangers. Joe Randa, Mike Sweeney and Carlos Beltran drove in runs in the fourth inning for the games final tallies. Jimmy gobble was the winner, going seven innings. The Royals trail the Twins and White Sox by a game in the A.L. Central. The team learned some bad news yesterday, when Major League Baseball announced that the rained out game with the Angels last weekend will be made up this weekend in Anaheim. That means they’ll lose a home game.
