A federal judge has thrown out a million-dollar lawsuit filed after six people were killed in a plane crash at the College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout. The crash happened almost four years ago. The wife of the pilot filed the suit against the Federal Aviation Administration. But lawyers for the FAA say she never provided documents or granted conferences the FAA had requested in answering the suit.
