The war may be over but the protests aren’t. In Kansas City this weekend, peace activists railed against the war in Iraq, pointing out that the fighting continues. The Kansas City Interfaith Peace Alliance hosted the 22nd annual Peace and Justice Event in Loose Park. A speaker says the role of the group is to challenge the conventional thinking about the war to elevate the dialogue.
