St. Louis Girl Found In Detroit Now In Foster Care

A 23-month old St. Louis girl found in Detroit will be returned to Missouri, but not to her family, later this week. Denisha Hair is in foster care in Michigan and will be in Missouri foster care until a family court judge decides whether she should be returned to her parents. The little girl was taken from St.Louis by a 15-year old girl the family barely knew. It turned out she was a runaway from North Carolina. She’s in custody in Michigan.
