The Rams first major injury of training camp occurred yesterday when Jason Sehorn broke his left foot. The injury will leave Sehorn on the sidelines for ten weeks. He was injured during a seven-on-seven passing drill when he got tangled up with Isaac Bruce. Rookie Pisa Tinoisamoa then hit Sehorn from behind and accidentally stepped on his foot. The Rams hope to have him back by Game 4 or 5. This is quite a setback for the Rams who were banking on Sehorn’s conversion from cornerback to safety to help rebuild a defensive backfield that saw the departures of Dre Bly and Dexter McCleon. Sehorn was signed from the Giants during the off-season.
