Rams Open Camp

July 25, 2003 By admin Leave a Comment

The Rams opened their 2003 training camp in Macomb, Illinois on Thursday. Pisa Tinoisamoa will be there today after finally signing a four-year contract yesterday; he agreed in principle to the deal earlier this week. Tinoisamoa was taken in the second round out of the University of Hawaii, where he was a star linebacker. The Rams are still missing first-round pick Jimmy Kennedy, though reports continue to indicate that he will sign soon and be with his new team. The other glaring absence is left tackle Orlando Pace who is sitting out over a contract dispute. Grant Wistrom isn’t practicing either, but it has nothing to do with money; he’s nursing a foot injury.
