The Rams signed second-round linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa yesterday, leaving Jimmy Kennedy as the only unsigned draft pick on the team. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported this morning that Kennedy is getting close to signing as the Rams begin training camp today in Macomb, Illinois. Orlando Pace isn’t in Macomb and isn’t expected to be any time soon. He’s holding out for a bigger contract and it’s believed that Pace and the Rams are worlds apart in negotiations. Some new, veteran faces will be grabbing media attention this summer. Offensive lineman Kyle Turley and defensive back Jason Sehorn highlight the Rams free agent acquisitions this past off-season. St. Louis limped through a 7-9 season in 2002, missing the playoffs for the first time since 1998.
