Thirteen months before the state primary election, major candidates are stuffing money into their campaign accounts by the boatload. Governor Bob Holden has raised more than $600,000 in the last three months and now has $2-Million stashed away for a re-election bid. Possible primary challenger Claire McCaskill has raised more than $300,000 in the same three months and has about one-million dollars on hand. The apparent Republican favorite, Matt Blunt raised about one-half million dollars in the last quarter and has a warchest of more than $900,000.
