Modine Manufacturing officials say the Jefferson City plant in which an employee allegedly killed three of his co-workers and wounded five others before turning the gun on himself had one unarmed guard and no surveillance video. Gary Marble, President of Associated Industries of Missouri, a business lobbying group, says he’s not sure if that is enough security. But, Marble says one action should not drive a company’s security plan. Marble says his group helps companies with plans to prevent terrorist activities from outside sources.
