It has taken little time for the United States Supreme Court’s ruling legalizing homosexual sex to have an impact in Missouri. The prosecutor in Jefferson County has dropped some of the charges against six men who were arrested last year at an adult video store. The prosecutor says he had felt the state law also is unconstitutional but until the ruling was issued, he had to enforce it. The men had been charged with sexual misconduct. Attorney General Jay Nixon says his office is reviewing Missouri’s law. He says the ruling appears to call it into question.
