CMSU Hires New Baseball Coach

June 20, 2003 By admin Leave a Comment

Darin Hendrickson knows the expectations will be high and that’s just fine with him. He was named the new head baseball coach at Central Missouri State. Hendrickson takes over for Brad Hill who led the Mules to the NCAA Division-II title this season. Two days later, Hill accepted the head-coaching job at Kansas State. Hendrickson, who is 33, is no stranger to victories. In eight seasons coaching college baseball, he has a 281-128 record. The last four seasons have been at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park. They were 45-10 last season. In 2001 he led them to the National Junior College Athletic Association World Series.
