Cards, Royals Back To Work Tonight

The Cardinals are at Fenway Park tonight for the first time since the 1967 World Series. Woody Williams is 8-1 and faces Byung-Hyun Kim in his first game with Boston. Kim has a record of 2-5. The Cardinals enter the game with a 33-28 record and are five games over .500 for just the second time this season and are in third place in the N.L. Central. Boston has a half game lead over the Yankees in the AL East. First pitch is at 6:05. The Royals come home after a 3-3 road trip to L.A. and Colorado. They take on the Diamondbacks tonight at Kauffman Stadium. Kansas City’s 30-30 on the season and trail the Twins by four and half games in the A.L. Central. Kyle Snyder’s 1-3 and gets the start for Kansas City this evening. He faces Elmer Dessens who’s 4-4. First pitch 7:05.
