Good weather forecast for the upcoming Memorial Day Holiday Weekend could mean a lot more drivers out on the roads, increasing the chances for accidents. Missouri Highway Patrol Spokesman Captain Chris Ricks says this is a big weekend for the patrol. Ricks says the Patrol will be out in full force, or at least as full of force as can be expected considering it’s about 100 troopers short of what is really needed. He adds this will also be the first weekend the “Click It or Ticket” law will be in effect. If you’re stopped for a violation and you’re not wearing a seatbelt, you’ll get another ticket for that.
