An Independence man who is charged with keeping about six ounces of 75 percent pure potassium cyanide in a sack under his kitchen sink has been ordered by a judtge to be held without bond. The judge also has ordered a mental evaluation for Hessam Ghane. Ghane has pleaded not guilty to possessing the material.
