People wanting to buy kegs of beer would have to register, and Sunday liquor sales restrictions would be relaxed under a bill approved by the Legislature and sent to the Governor. The bill would allow cities to let stores and restaurants to sell liquor beginning at 9am. Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City would be allowed to sell beer beginning at 8am. The bill passed its last legislative hurdle by clearing the House on a 95-to-55 vote.
