Torry Holt is considering holding out if he doesn’t get a new contract. Rams president of football operations Jay Zygmunt says the deal they’ve offered is close to the deal offered to Isaac Bruce in 2000, worth $42-million over seven years. It also included an $11.5-million signing bonus. Holt is entering the final season of a five-year $10-million deal. Holt lead the team in receptions and receiving yards in 2001 and 2002.
