Death Penalty To Be Sought In Liberty School Shooting

Clay County prosecutors will seek the death penalty against an Excelsior Springs man accused of killing his son and wounding his wife at a school in Liberty. Jaswinder Singh has been charged with shooting his son to death outside the St. James School in November. He also is accused of shooting and wounding his wife, the boy’s son.
