Missourians would be able to apply for a permit to carry a concealed weapon under a bill heading for Governor Bob Holden. Governor Holden has indicated he would veto the bill. Representative Larry Crawford of California says it’s important the Legislature put it on the Governor’s desk to force a decision. The House vote follows Senate approval of the bill on Friday.
