The Royals wrapped up their road trip on a good note, by taking two of three from the Orioles. Despite just four hits, Kansas City beat Baltimore 4-0 and finished 3-6 on their tour away from Kauffman Stadium. Chris George, Jason Grimsley and D.J. Carrasco combined for a seven-hit shut out. George improved to 4-2 while Carrasco recorded his second save. Kansas City’s RBI’s came as a result of Mike Difelice’s homer in the 3rd, Angel Berroa getting hit with the bases loaded in the 7th and Carlos Febles knocking in two with a double in the 9th. The Royals come for the first of three with the Red Sox tonight.
