The Cardinals spring tear continued on Sunday with a 6-2 win over the Expos. Starting pitcher Matt Morris went the distance to improve to 3-2 on the season. Mike Matheny and Scott Rolen drove in two runs apiece. Rolen did it with his sixth home run of the year. Edgar Renteria also had an RBI, upping his team-leading total to 26. The victory extended the Cardinals winning streak to seven games. They were 6-0 during their home stand. The Cardinals are tied with the Cubs for first place in the National League Central. They open up a four-game series in Cincinnati tonight. 4-0 Woody Williams will start.
