Charges have been dropped against five of the eight General Motors employees accused of dealing marijuana at the Wentzville factory. The St. Charles county prosecutor says there are problems with the evidence from an undercover agent, and problems about his cooperation with the prosecution. The other three employees have pleaded no-contest to the charges and have been sentenced. All eight workers were fired. Some of those workers want their jobs back. Their union and the company are negotiating.
