Probe Launched Into Improper Contact Allegations At Chillicothe Prison

An investigation is underway into allegations that a male employee at the Chillicothe Correctional Center had improper relations with a female inmate of the prison. Details are few. But, Corrections Department Spokesman Tim Kniest says the probe is being conducted by both the Department and the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department. State Statute and Department policy prohibit improper relationships between employees and inmates.
