Former State Representative Robert Clayton is Governor Bob Holden’s pick for a vacancy on the Public Service Commission. Clayton lost a race for the State Senate last year. He replaces Sheila Lumpe, who’s retiring. Holden also has reappointed commissioner Connie Murray, a former State Representative from Springfield, to a second term on the commission. Commissioners serve six-year terms.
