A car trying to avoid some firewood that fell off a pickup truck trailer has overturned near Cape Girardeau, throwing both people out. One of them has been run over and killed by another car. Police say a motorcycle hit a log that had fallen off the pickup earlier, injuring two people on the motorcycle. The highway patrol is looking for the pickup truck.
