Former Public Service Commission Chairman Sheila Lumpe, who currently sits as a Commissioner on the PSC, has announced her retirement. Lumpe says after 30 years of public service, it’s time to call it quits. She’ll leave her post at the end of the month. Prior to being appointed to the PSC, Lumpe served 17 years in the Missouri House, eventually chairing the House Budget Committee.
