Restricted free agent Peter Sirmon decided to stay with Tennessee rather than sign an offer sheet with the St. Louis Rams. The linebacker signed a four-year, $8.5 million contract with the Titans on Thursday. The Rams made Sirmon an offer Tuesday night. Reports say the deal was worth $8 million over four years.
