Democrats Mull Over Replacement For Gephardt

April 9, 2003 By admin Leave a Comment

Two prominent female Democrats have made decisions on whether to seek the Congressional seat being vacated by St. Louis Congressman Richard Gephardt. Former State Representative Joan Barry of Oakville has formed an exploratory committee, the first step toward a formal announcement of candidacy.
