A Cass County judge has entered three “not guilty” pleas to the murder charges against John E. Robinson. Robinson is accused of killing three women whose bodies were found in 55-gallon drums at a rented storage locker in Raymore. Robinson already faces a death sentence in Kansas for three murders there. The Cass County prosecutor says he might be willing to cut a deal with Robinson if he tells what happened to three more women linked to him who are missing. Robinson also faces 56 counts of fraud and forgery in Cass County. The prosecutor says Robinson stole social security, disability, and alimony checks intended for his victims.
