Secretary of State Matt Blunt could be called up for active duty in the war in the Persian Gulf, but he’s not expecting to be called up. Blunt says his Naval Reserve duty he served in England during the war in Afghanistan makes it more unlikely he would have to go to the Gulf. But, Blunt says he’ll stay in the reserves as long as they’ll have him.
