About two-thousand Missourians are on active duty for the conflict in Iraq, and the State Senate has gone on record supporting them, and President Bush’s decision to activate them. Some Senators voted for the resolution to show their support for the troops, but they expressed concern about supporting the President’s actions. In the end, only two opposed the resolution.
