Southeast Missouri Congresswoman Jo Ann Emerson says the Cuban government wants to buy one-billion dollars worth of food from the United States in the next 12 months. Emerson is just back from a five-day trip to Cuba. It’s her third trip there. She’s part of the Cuba Working Group, which has about 50 members working to east trade and travel restrictions to Cuba.
