The Saint Louis Billikens won’t have to face Cincinnati again. The twelfth- seeded Golden Eagles of Southern Mississippi upset the Bearcats 63-61 in round one of the Conference USA tournament. Southern Mississippi is the lowest seeded team in the C-USA tourney. This evening’s game will be the first meeting of the two this season. SLU enters the contest riding a seven game winning streak. They’re 15-12 overall and were 9-7 in the conference, grabbing the fourth-seed in the tournament. The Golden Eagles are 13-15 overall.
