The SMS Bears take on 17th-ranked Creighton at the Hammons Center in Springfield this evening. SMS lost a 70-67 overtime squeaker to the Bluejays in Omaha on February 12. Southwest enters the game trailing both Creighton and Southern Illinois for the Missouri Valley Conference lead by two games. The Bears are 11-4 in conference play while the Bluejays and Salukis are 13-2. SMS has a 15-9 mark overall while CU enters tonight’s game with a 24-3 mark.
