Columbia Woman Granted Ex Parte Against Clemons

February 7, 2003 By admin Leave a Comment

The Woman accusing Ricky Clemons of choking her was granted an ex parte against the Missouri point guard yesterday. Clemons isn’t allowed to have contact of any kind with Jessica Bunge for the next year. He denies the charge and continues to play basketball. He was suspended one game after his arrest and was reinstated the next week. The Athletic Department won’t take any further disciplinary action unless Clemons admits guilt or is found guilty in a court of law. Clemons has a preliminary hearing in Columbia on Tuesday.
