A Missouri Army National Guard soldier serving in the Middle East has been killed in an automobile crash in Qatar. Sergeant Michael C. Barry of Kansas City was 29. He was a member of the 205th Area Support Medical Battalion deployed to the U.S. Central Command in the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in December. He is survived by his wife, Specialist Jennifer Barry, also a member of the Missouri National Guard.
