Clemons Suspended Following Arrest

January 18, 2003 By admin Leave a Comment

University of Missouri besketball player Ricky Clemons has been suspended after his arrest on domestic assault charges. Clemons, a junior guard for the Tigers, was charged with domestic assault in the second degree following an allegation made by a girlfriend that an altercation had taken place. Clemons denies he was involved in any physical violence with the woman. Head Coach Quin Snyder says due to the seriousness of the charge, Clemons has been suspended and will miss Saturday’s game against Oklahoma State. An investigation is continuing.
