Missouri Western athletic Director Pete Chapman’s two year battle with cancer ended yesterady. He died at the age of 53. Kent Heier has more from St. Joseph. Chapman was in his fourth year as the AD in St. Joseph. Chapman oversaw a number of improvements in the athletic department and helped bring the Women’s NCAA Division II Elite Eight to the university. There will be a memorial sevice at the MWSC Fieldhouse on Friday.
