The estranged husband of an Aurora woman charged with five counts of child abuse and endangerment is now dealing with legal troubles of his own. Arthur Heitz faces one count of child abuse for allegedly placing the couple’s two-year-old son on an electric space heater last fall. His wife, Charlee, has been charged in a separate incident in which the couple’s twin five-month-old sons were found bitten by rats while they sat strapped in car seats in an upstairs room.
