The Springfield Kickapoo girl’s basketball team was not to be outdone. A day after the boy’s basketball squad entered the USA Today national poll with a #16 ranking, the Lady Chiefs made their way in as well, checking in at #15. The boys celebrated their entry with a 91-44 pasting of Springfield Hill Crest. Both teams hold the #1 ranking in Class 5.
