Jackson County prosecutors have charged a former probation officer with raping one of his women clients and molesting three others. Randall Nester, who worked as a probation officer in Johnson County, Kansas, is charged with offenses allegedly committed against Jackson County, Missouri, residents who were on probation for crimes across the stateline in Johnson County. Nester is charged with six felonies and four misdemeanors. The felonies include forcible rape, sexual abuse, and corruption charges. The Jackson County Prosecutor says the corruption charges allege that Nester solicited sexual contact in return for favorable treatment.
