He’s right up there with George W. Bush, Saddam Hussein, Jennifer Lopez, and Britney Spears. But St. Louisan David Clohessy says he’s almost embarrassed to be there. Clohessy is one of “People Magazine’s 25 most intriguing people” of the year. Clohessy is leader of an organization representing survivors of abusive Catholic Priests. He’s been pushing the issue for a decade, since he filed a suit claiming he’d been abused when he was a boy by a priest in Moberly. The case was thrown out because the statute of limitations had expired.
