The Chiefs will have to get in the playoffs without Priest Holmes. Their star running back will not play in the season finale against the Raiders. The announcement was made yesterday. Holmes hurt his hip against the Broncos two weeks ago. That ends his hopes of setting the NFL single season records for touchdowns and yards for scrimmage. It also squashed his chances of leading the league in rushing for the second straight season.
