Terrence McGee had 21 points to lead SMS to a 72-65 win over Arkansas St. in Springfield. Shelton Colwell added 14 points and nine rebounds. Colwell’s points all came in the second half. The win ended the Bear’s two-game losing streak and upped their season mark to 3-4….SLU won their third straight with an 83-54 win over Grambling. Freshman Anthony Dreja had a career-high 19 points. The Bills are 4-3…UMKC’s Michael Watson scored 28 points last night, but the ‘Roos dropped to 0-7 with an 85-61 loss to Oklahoma St. Watson leads the nation in scoring.
