All’s right with the road now in Kansas City – where a sign directing motorists to Emanuel “Clever” Boulevard has been replaced with one directing them to Emanuel “Cleaver” Boulevard. The State Highway Department misspelled the name of a recent Kansas City mayor on three of the signs. Each replacement has cost about $1,000.
