Rams head coach Mike Martz announced on Tuesday that Marc Bulger is ready to get back to action and will start against Arizona at the dome on Sunday. Bulger led the team to five straight wins after they opened the season with five losses. In his short career, Bulger is off to the best start in NFL history. Bulger’s been sidelined by a finger injury. The Rams only hope this season is to finish with a .500 record. With three games to go, they’re 5-8.
