Robert Courtney will be sentenced today – the former Kansas City pharmacist who admits he diluted prescriptions for chemotherapy patients. He could get as much as 30 years in prison. He’ll get at least 17-and-a-half years. Courtney has pleaded guilty to several federal charges and admits he might have diluted as many as 100,000 prescriptions. About a half-dozen of his victims or their survivors will testify at today’s sentencing hearing.
