It’s almost here – the time to head out to wherever it is you’ll be spending Thanksgiving. If you’re driving, you’re undoubtedly aware a lot of other people will be on the road, too, and the State Highway Patrol is doing what it can to see that Missourians get to where they’re going and home safely. The Patrol’s Captain Chris Ricks says one of the concerns of people on the road is driver drowsiness. Ricks adds if you’re too tired no amount of cool air or walking will do the trick. He says get off the road for the night and resume your journey in the morning.
