Former Pharmacist’s Lawyers Ask For Minimum Sentence

November 26, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

Lawyers for former Kansas City druggist Robert Courtney say their client should get the minimum sentence for diluting chemotherapy drugs because he’s been cooperating with prosecutors. Federal prosecutors say the judge should give him the maximum 30-year term. An assistant prosecutor says Courtney’s cooperation has not been all that great. Courtney is to be sentenced December 5th.
