Doctor Faces Dozens Of Drug Charges

November 26, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

A doctor from Overland faces 93 charges of selling prescriptions for the medical equivalent of heroin, morphine, cocaine, and other drugs. It’s the second time Doctor Marlon Davis has faced such charges. The first batch of them was dismissed two year ago just before his trial was to start. The St. Louis County prosecutor says Davis wrote the prescriptions to about 15 people as pain medication but the people didn’t need them for medical reasons.
