Senator Bond is looking ahead to the new session of Congress when he and his fellow Republicans take back control of the U.S. Senate. Bond, who will chair the Senate Transportation Subcommittee, says the new Senate will have to pass 11 of 13 Appropriations Bills that were not approved by the just-concluded Congress.
